Evaluate, design, implement, and maintain core IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide day-to-day support operations for back-end infrastructure (AD, Exchange, Internal Apps, Client Management, etc.)
- Solve advanced issues escalated from Desktop Support
- Deploy and maintain VTC infrastructure
- Manage backup and restore operations
- May include: Imaging Laptops, building and configuring servers, logistical support, onsite support.
- Conference Tradeshow support
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with MS Windows Active Directory and Exchange administration.
- 2+ years of scripting or development experience
- Basic to Intermediate UNIX or Linux
- Troubleshooting & Infastructure Building
- Can wear many hats.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, documentation, interpersonal, and decision making skills.
*Positions available in Palo Alto, New York, Washington DC, Canberra, UAE and London.
